About Our Client
My Client is a world wide organisation with over 2000 employees providing first class financial services.
You will be part of a global team on a market leading product that interacts with the client and multiple internal parties globally in identifying issues and managing to completion. A key part of the role will be initiate and maintain sound working relationships not only with the processing teams within Investment Management Services but also with Heads of other areas.
Liaise with colleagues globally where required for business and technical query resolution
Ensure client outbound file deliveries are tracked, with proactive management to avoid delays
Perform key record keeping functions
Build automated control checks to ensure data consistency and integrity pre and post information delivery
Handle and Resolve issues involving all operational and IT areas
Work independently to research and resolve issues
Ensure all activities are compliant with corporate standards
Adhere to internal procedures and best practices at all times
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in the role you will ideally have:
A degree in finance, business, technology or equivalent or relevant industry experience
Asset management or Funds services experience, including investment operations
Broad and in-depth understanding of the asset management industry, gained through working in a variety of asset management disciplines
Experience of writing and reviewing business specifications and data mapping
PC literate - Strong Word and Excel skills
Experience in writing SQL
