The project will be to improve the application provided to members and customers. As such, the key responsibilities will include:
- Problem solving
- Gathering requirements from stakeholders and Business representatives including operations, client services, advisors and Marketing
- Work with operations staff to identify improvements and gather requirements.
- Work with developers to execute on specifications
- Prepare and execute Unit, Integration test and regression test strategy
The Successful Applicant
- 2+ year's Business Analyst experience.
- You must have experience within Financial Services (platform businesses) ideally with previous experience in operations/administration.
- SDLC experience.
- Experience in managing production issues and checking production systems
