We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who will be a vital link between business systems, processes and business goals. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a project working closely with the CEO and others in the senior leadership, to help the organisation with alignment of processes, systems and tools.

Job Description

  • Defining configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Defining reporting and alerting requirements
  • Helping design, document and maintain system processes
  • Reporting on common sources of technical issues or questions and making recommendations to the team
  • Communicating key insights and findings to the product team
  • Constantly being on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Business Analyst' should have:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in process optimisation and system integration projects
  • Strong understanding of business process modeling, workflow design, and process improvement methodologies
  • Experience working with integration tools, ERP systems, or similar platforms will be a nice to have
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management frameworks is a plus
