Job Description

  • Continuously review and update security measures, ensuring they stay relevant and robust.



Business Process Optimization

  • Analyze and document current workflows, identifying key areas where improvements or efficiencies can be made.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and translate them into practical system enhancements.
  • Provide ongoing support to implement changes and fine-tune processes to meet evolving business needs.



System Support & User Education

  • Provide troubleshooting and solutions for non-ERP applications, ensuring users have a smooth experience.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for issue resolution and monitor progress on service requests.
  • Design and update training materials, providing consistent learning opportunities for team members on system usage.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Applications Analyst should have:

  • Relevant educational qualifications in Information Technology or related field.
  • Experience in business application analysis, development, and implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of project management principles.
  • Experience in the public sector is highly desirable.
