About Our Client

Our client is an Australian Organisation who have been rapidly growing, winning multiple awards in the building products sector. During a period of established and well-timed growth, they are looking to on board an experienced Business Development Manager to join their high performing sales team.

Job Description

The overall purpose of this role will be to help grow market share for the organisation by growing new business in multiple industry verticals, focused on the SME market of manufacturing & agriculture. You will be responsible for the following:

  • Delivering on exceptional customer experience to ultimately achieve sales growth and increase gross profit.

  • Follow up on warm leads as well as develop new business of cold calling with a solution sell mentality

  • Effectively communicate with the support team in the office

  • Manage sales above $100K per transaction

The Successful Applicant

    • Be a true hunter who wants to succeed.

    • 3 years of experience within sales and the ability to create relationships with Executive level stakeholders.

    • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills

    • Worked in a professional environment with systems, processes, values, ethics and able to manage yearly budgets with KPI's

  • Has access to a reliable vehicle
