About Our Client
A global scale up SaaS organisation that is growing their sales team.
- Ascertain market activity to provide insight and make recommendations that will add value to your clients.
- Ensure to be knowledgeable of market trends allowing a proactive and responsive engagement through all stages of the sales cycle.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure market demands are met
- Drive new product offerings into targeted real estate sectors
- Prospect and deliver new business in relation to new product offerings.
- Strategically identify and engage with the key decision makers, ascertain their needs, influence a sales process and deliver an end to end solution effectively closing the deal.
- Book and Conduct Demos
- Liaise closely with the on boarding teams to ensure technical and client requirements are actioned, ensuring customer excellent customer service.
- Achieve key performance deliverables, volume of new customers acquired per month, value of new customers acquired, and quality of customer experience aligned to company strategy and values.
- Ensure all sales activities and communication to clients are inputted in the CRM, in order to effectively manage client expectations and ensure all deliverables are executed.
- Ensure compliance to all policies and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team contributing to leads and achieving a common goal
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a hunter mentality.
- Commercially acute and strategic.
