About Our Client
Our client is an Australian owned energy consultancy that is empowering Australian businesses with market-leading energy procurement & efficiency solutions to counter long-term rising energy costs.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the primary responsibility of this role is to drive revenue growth by meeting/exceeding sales targets through sales of Commercial & Industrial large multi-site customers. It is anticipated that you will build your sales pipeline through:
- Prospecting and appointment setting activities
- Leveraging existing connections into business customers looking for improved energy management
- Execution of a planned consultative approach to establishing and developing relationships with senior management and C levels
- Identifying and presenting complex value propositions to qualified business prospects
- Providing outstanding customer experiences in line with corporate objectives
The Successful Applicant
They are looking for a highly motivated self-starting hunter who is excited about driving growth in a competitive yet target-rich environment. You must have the ability to identify, engage and derive revenue from a self-generated pipeline of qualified B2B opportunities.
You will have a pro-active and collaborative approach to building customer relationships, and possess excellent time management skills to complement the flexible and autonomous working environment.
- A motivated self-starter who can build a portfolio of business clients, identifying and closing opportunities under your own direction
- You possess a 'can do' attitude and consistently find ways to make ideas work
- Strong experience in energy efficiency and renewable solution sales i.e. Solar, battery systems, invertors etc will be highly regarded
- A genuine interest in helping customers achieve their goals, balanced with the delivery of win/win sales outcomes
