Job Description

  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor sales metrics and report on performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes and best practice
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and industry developments

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

  • A strong hunter approach towards driving sales
  • Strong technical and communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Software knowledge
  • Ability to discuss technical details and issues with customers
  • Effective commercial negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand and work within tight delivery schedules
  • Ability to travel - frequent travel involved
