Job Description

  • Drive new business opportunities to achieve sales targets within your dedicated territory by utilizing a creative approach to onboarding new businesses.
  • Manage and nurture key accounts within the aesthetic and cosmeceutical sector
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities
  • Promote the company's product range through various channels
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations
  • Implement strategies to enhance brand awareness and market share
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet organizational objectives

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role

  • A degree or equivalent in the dermal or beauty industry
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience within the beauty industry
  • Excellent skills in relationship management and negotiation
  • Strong understanding of the beauty market and consumer behavior
  • A creative approach and resilient mindset to drive sales and achieve targets
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
