About Our Client
Our client in general is a plumbing parts and equipment wholesaler. However, they are much, much more. They have invested significantly in their infrastructure - across ERP/CRM systems, warehouse and logistics fit out and in redefining all the of their business process to make themselves as efficient and client focused as possible.
This role will focus on Tier 2 and Tier 3 residential builds across NSW with the majority of your clients are plumbers, project managers or tradies. This role will be call and meet with potential clients and present the brand in a concise and precise manner. Work through with clients from negotiations, catalogues usage and on boarding of new clients to build consistent repeat business.
The Successful Applicant
You will have a technical mindset, potential have started your career within trader or relevant qualifications, and have transitioned into a business development position over the last few years.
- Self driven and motivated
- Enjoying working with a small team where everyone helps each other (no jobs is too small or to big to assist)
- Reliance to take many initial rejections with the aim of working with potential clients to on board them
- Good eye for details and not afraid of admin. As a small team you will have to complete paperwork on a regular basis.
