Job Description

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for the QLD/NSW market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and exclusive distributor partners.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and joint calls to foster engagement and market penetration.
  • Leverage technical expertise to articulate product value, safety, and compliance benefits.
  • Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and success.



The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5 years of proven sales experience in industrial or abrasive blasting sectors.
  • Strong technical understanding of product benefits, safety, and compliance.
  • Excellent relationship-building and commercial acumen.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work autonomously.
  • Exceptional communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across QLD and NSW.
