About Our Client

My client is a global pioneer in technology innovation, providing cutting-edge devices and services to empower users. Recent services acquired are the distribution rights for a new security devices business, which has had great success already in the Asian market. Reporting directly to the Head of Go-To-Market, the successful candidate will bring with them fresh ideas to the team and ambition to capitalise in this market.

Job Description

  • Establish New Channels and build relationships
  • Achieve Volume targets of multi-brand portfolio within the business
  • Work with your team to develop a Go-To-Market Plan
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with key stakeholders within the channel
  • Identify process and strategy improvements to increase return on investment for all stakeholders
  • Monitors performance against the business plan to evaluate results assisting in the development of future products ranging
  • Other strategic objectives (e.g. open a channel/build certain executive relationships)

The Successful Applicant

You will have prior experience working with channels of hardware/outdoor/automotive, including but not limited to Bunnings, BCF, Supercheap Auto, etc. An ability to adapt and navigate will be one of your key strengths that allows you to negotiate through complex business issues in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment under pressure. You will have a passion for continuously learning new technology and be a self-driven learner. Your network would classify you as an entrepreneurial spirit, highly self-motivated, aggressive, energetic, creative, and personable.

You will be strong in your communication inclusive of strong listening skills, ensuring success as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients. Comfortable in proactively engaging via networking and prospecting using social media, service organisations, cold calling, and other sales skills to help achieve revenue goals
