Job Description

  • Drive Revenue Growth - Secure new projects and expand sales.
  • New Business Development - Identify and engage Tier 2/3 construction companies and local builders.
  • Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong connections with builders, project managers, and key stakeholders.
  • Solution Selling & Tender Management - Lead specification-based sales, manage tenders, and position ESMBA as the preferred partner.
  • Market Expansion - Develop new customer portfolios while strengthening existing business relationships.
  • Collaboration - Work closely with estimators, project managers, and engineering teams to secure and deliver profitable projects.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven Sales & Business Development Expertise - 5+ years in structural steel or steel fabrication sales.
  • Industry Knowledge - Strong understanding of steel fabrication processes, design, and small-scale structures.
  • Revenue-Driven Mindset - Track record of winning new business and growing revenue.
  • Relationship Builder - Skilled in engaging builders, project managers, and key decision-makers.
  • Solution Selling & Tender Management - Ability to sell value over price and manage tenders effectively.
  • Collaborative & Strategic Thinker - Works well with estimators, engineers, and project managers to secure and execute projects.
