About Our Client
Our client is a Leading Australian Beverage company based in Perth . An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record of sales and account management to join the team.
Reporting to the WA General Manager your responsibilities include
Developing strong customer engagement with customers through a collaborative approach
Plan, set and achieve sales targets set upon with management
Seek and build new business and sales opportunities
Account Management - Manage existing customers with an aim to achieve more sales
Establish, develop and maintain positive relationship with customers (New & Existing)
Develop effective business partnerships with customers
Keep knowledge of competitor activities
Develop and maintain effective working relationship with both internal and external stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
Demonstrated FMCG sales experience is must
Confectionery sales experience will be highly regarded
Strong experience in selling to retail outlets is preferred
Demonstrated high level of customer service and relationship building
Demonstrated ability to plan, organise and prioritise work
Tenacious, hardworking, excellent communication and relationship building skills is imperative.
Exceptional negotiations skills
Proactive, resilient and self-motivated person
