Job Description



  • Develop and Expand Rental Business: Drive growth in the Mining and Civil Construction sectors across Perth and WA by identifying and capitalising on new opportunities.


  • Sales of Equipment and Services: Promote and sell new compressed air equipment, tools, and related services to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.


  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate and strengthen long-term partnerships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.


  • Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with hire and service teams to ensure smooth operations, seamless service delivery, and exceptional customer support.


  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company objectives, driving measurable outcomes and contributing to overall business success.



The Successful Applicant

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven professional with a strong background in the rental industry, particularly in the Mining and Civil Construction sectors. You are a self-motivated team player with a proven track record of securing and growing customer accounts within the plant and equipment sector.

Key Attributes and Skills

  • Experience in the rental industry.
  • Exposure to equipment and solution sales, including pumps, generators and compressed air systems and more.
  • Proven success in business development roles with experience in hunting new opportunities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and build a Strong pipeline.
