Job Description

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the property industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and present proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to stay ahead in the market.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance to management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development within the residential construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and client needs in NSW.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A valid driver's licence for travel as required.
