Job Description

The Business Development Manager is responsible for:

  • Identify new business opportunities with enterprise customers
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance business growth.
  • Focus will be primarily on Private Mobile Networks
  • Represent the company in industry events and activities.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and developments.
  • Strong communications skills engaging effectively with CIOs, CTOs, and COOs in customer organisations
  • Progress opportunities through the sales cycle, following internal processes and working with the team to price, contract and close profitable deals.
  • Negotiates effectively, builds trust, and balances directness with diplomacy.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Business Development Manager should have:

  • A degree in Business, Engineering or Communications
  • At least 10 years solution selling experience
  • Private Wireless industry solutions sales and success
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A high level of motivation and initiative.
