About Our Client

Our client is an International leader within the International Transport and shipping space.

Job Description

  • Achieving growth in new business sales and related portfolio products and services to customers.
  • Managing an efficient sales program and developing a sales pipeline to ensure margins are maintained.
  • Conducting presentations and motivating customers to drive results through effective communication skills
  • Bringing in new customer numbers and maximising contributions toward the sales budget.
  • Delivering on exceptional customer service to ultimately achieve sales growth and increase gross profit
  • Managing both internal and external stakeholders to a timely and effective sales process.

The Successful Applicant

  • Must have a minimum 5 years' experience in the freight industry, ideally within the international shipping space
  • Must have experience liaising with high level decision makers in the B2B space.
  • Evidence of achieving a budget of $500,000 per year.
  • Evidence of successful sales experience and resilience, exhibiting the ability to create and win new business.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent sales, presentation and negotiation skills with hands on experience in relationship management.
