Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in WA.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the business services industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals and sales forecasts to stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends to stay ahead of competitors and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Track and report on sales performance, ensuring goals are met or exceeded.

The Successful Applicant

Experience

  • 5+ years' experience in technical or industrial sales
  • Background in electrical sales or adjacent industries (e.g. pumping, engineered equipment)
  • Proven experience selling into project driven, engineered environments

  • Commercially sharp with a strong understanding of where value sits
