Job Description

  • Grow and manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention in a "kill what you eat" model.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions for clients.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates to management.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective and current clients.
  • Ensure all sales activities are accurately documented in the CRM system.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in a sales-focused role, preferably in Transport & Logistics space.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
  • Understanding of the Transport & Logistics market and its trends.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
