Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to secure new contracts.
  • Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organisation.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and market activity.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development within the Industrial/Manufacturing sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • The ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
  • A strategic mindset with a focus on achieving results.
