Job Description

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Sealant/Adhesive sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Maintain and manage the Gold Coast to Sunshine Coast territory.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised solutions that meet client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company's offerings.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within the Industrial/Manufacturing sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • The ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • A results-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.
