Job Description



  • Strategic Business Development:


    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities


    • Develop and implement strategies to expand market share and achieve sales targets.


    • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential areas for growth.


  • Client Relationship Management:


    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmacies, retail channels


    • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.


    • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business and ensure client satisfaction.


  • Product Promotion and Sales:


    • Promote OTC products and services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.


    • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.


    • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet objectives.


  • Regulatory Compliance and Industry Knowledge:


    • Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure all business activities comply with relevant laws and standards.


    • Provide guidance to clients on regulatory requirements and assist in navigating compliance processes.



The Successful Applicant



  • Proven experience in business development or sales selling to Pharmacy / retail or any other channels


  • Strong understanding of OTC products and the regulatory landscape in Australia.


  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred
