Job Description

  • Proactively identify and convert new B2B clients across multiple industries.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from first contact to close, with a focus on proactive outreach.
  • Develop account strategies to maximise revenue and expand wallet share.
  • Engage senior decision-makers and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and performance updates.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven success in B2B business development and consultative selling.
  • Ability to work independently and self-source leads in complex environments.
  • Strong experience influencing senior stakeholders and managing long-cycle deals.
  • Commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and confident navigating ambiguity.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
