Job Description

· Drive new business acquisition and market penetration through high levels of outbound activity (cold calls, email outreach, and in-person visits).· Schedule and attend sales appointments; qualify prospects through expert discovery and align needs with the solutions.· Define and execute a new business development strategy aligned with the companies goals and market trends.· Negotiate and close agreements, ensuring value-based pricing and properly scoped contracts.· Maintain accurate CRM data, tracking all activity, opportunity stages, and sales forecasts.· Represent the company at industry conferences and events to expand your network and generate new leads.· Analyse sales performance, report regularly, and develop action plans to drive continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager should have:· Proven track record in business development, with a hunter's mindset for driving new client acquisition.· Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, able to engage decision-makers and uncover client needs.· Commercial acumen and resilience, thriving in fast-paced, target-driven environments.· Passion for data-driven solutions, with the ability to translate analytics into business value.· Bonus: Genuine enthusiasm for the aviation industry, bringing added insight and credibility to client conversations.
