Operating from a modern office in Melbourne's eastern suburbs, they are seeking two Business Development Managers to grow their client base in Melbourne's western and northern regions.

Job Description

  • Deliver excellent customer service for both incoming waste and outgoing product transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers to support new business development.
  • Source and secure new customers to grow the client base and strengthen brand presence.
  • Capture and share material import/export solutions to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Manage supplier relationships to achieve optimal financial outcomes.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets aligned with budget expectations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experienced salesperson with strong commercial acumen
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Skilled in sourcing and securing new business opportunities
  • Strong account management skills to grow and retain existing clients
  • Highly energetic, proactive, and adaptable with a "hunter" mindset
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Quick thinker with problem-solving skills and solution-focused approach
  • Applicants must hold unrestricted permanent work rights in Australia to be considered for this role.
