Job Description

  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems for easy access and retrieval.
  • Assist in organising and managing workplace communications and correspondence.
  • Monitor and order office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Support project coordination by managing timelines and tracking deliverables.
  • Respond to internal and external queries in a professional manner.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Support Officer should have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or business support role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
