Job Description

Roles Available:

  • Receptionist: Be the welcoming face of the office, managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth office communication.
  • Administrator: Provide essential support to teams, managing documentation, data entry, and maintaining office systems.
  • Team Assistant: Support departments with scheduling, event coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.
  • Executive Assistant: Assist senior leaders with diary management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and executive-level administrative tasks.

The Successful Applicant

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in business support roles (reception, administration, team assistant, executive assistant)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new environments
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and general office systems
  • Professional presentation and a proactive attitude
