Seeking strong BW4HANA Technical Consultants to join a mining client in Brisbane. This role will provide subject matter expertise, and work closely with project team members to understand the business requirements that drive the analysis, design and development of quality technical solutions.
  • Brisbane based candidates preferred, 12 month initial contract.
  • 3/2 hybrid working environment

Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

· Provide subject matter expertise in translating business requirements into quality, sustainable solutions

· Convert business requirements into workable functional/ technical design and realistic estimates

· Design, build, configure, implement and test quality technical solutions according to Rio Tinto standards

· Work with other team members in a collaborative manner, freely sharing expertise with others

· Responsible for competing tasks on time and to cost and quality specifications

· Identify Project risks and issues, addressed & resolved in a timely manner

· Ensure outcomes meet customer expectations and achieve sign-off for the successful completion of all agreed deliverables

The Successful Applicant

Key Criteria:

· Demonstrated 10+ Years of solid SAP BW

· Native HANA development skills plus BW/4HANA or BW on HANA

· Solid ABAP experience

· Proven expertise in HANA architecture/design and data modelling

· 6 months + PowerBI in relation to BW and HANA data

· Experience in LSA++, authorisation roles, performance tuning techniques

· Experience is Analysis for Office (AfO)

· Knowledge of SAP ECC standard business processes
