Due to ongoing growth within the business this client has an exciting opportunity for a Case Manager to join their Government & Defence team in the Melbourne Office. You will play a crucial role in supporting relocation initiatives by being the single point of contact for Australian Defence Force (ADF) Members & their families during their relocation across Australia. The team strive to ensure that all ADF Members experience a superior relocation.

Job Description

  • Deliver a high-quality end to end relocation experience to your relocating ADF members and their families through world class case management, policy compliance, advocacy and escalation resolution.
  • Expectation Management ensuring Members and their families understand service scope and the relocation life cycle.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Procurement Teams and Removal Services Team)
  • Be a Safety Leader that identifies and corrects conditions that affect employee safety.
  • Support the case management team with reporting, on base presentations and ad hochoc projects.
  • Identify opportunities and contribute to process improvement and business design.
  • Support leaders with New Starter onboarding and buddying
  • Be an advocate for the organisations values

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate must possess a strong "can do" approach whilst having the ability to work both autonomously and within a team. A high standard of attention to detail and time management skills are imperative along with the ability to provide a high level of professionalism and customer service to both internal and external stake holders.
