The exponential growth of the organisation has enabled them to expand their service offering to encompass inpatient, outpatient and day-patient care.Job DescriptionThe ability to proactively lead the implementation of a new waste contract including the design of handover/knowledge transfer plans minimising service gaps, transition management of vendors and subsequent vendor onboarding, contract/performance management.Experience managing high risk and complex contractual relationships between commissioned service providers and our client, with particular attention to sustainability, governance and compliance.The ability to autonomously prepare, manage, and evaluate the end-to-end tender process, including drafting tender documentation, managing pricing submissions, conducting negotiations, preparing evaluation and recommendation reports, and reviewing terms and conditions.The analysis of existing and the identification of new suppliers particularly service providers; engaging in direct negotiations as required to improve commercial outcomes, performance and/or other measurables.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will have previous experience or the ability to demonstrate the following:The ability to operationalise an awarded contract, ideally within waste management or facilities maintenance.Previous experience within the health industry or health adjacent would be highly regarded.Demonstrated experience in a similar or equivalent position; ideally managing end-to-end procurement/contract processes.What's on OfferLocated just outside of the Perth CBD, our client is offering a rare opportunity to manage the operationalisation of a newly awarded waste contract within their facilities in Western Australia. The opportunity would align with an individual who has managed maintenance packages within a health or health adjacent environment but is looking to own the implementation of certain contracts.
