Job Description

  • Lead the planning and execution of change management strategies for technology initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address potential challenges during implementation.
  • Develop communication plans to ensure all levels of the organisation are informed and engaged.
  • Design and deliver training programs to support employees through the change process.
  • Monitor and report on the progress and impact of change initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice on best practices for change management within the technology space.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure alignment of change strategies with the organisation's overall goals and objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Change Lead should have:

  • Proven experience in managing organisational change within a technology environment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing change management frameworks.
  • Ability to analyse complex situations and provide practical solutions.
