Job Description

  • Knowledge of implementing time and attendance systems, as this is an integral part of this role
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans
  • Identify potential risks and devise contingency plans
  • Ensure that changes are thoroughly and smoothly implemented, and the lasting benefits of change are achieved
  • Engage stakeholders and encourage their buy-in
  • Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications regarding change initiatives
  • Assess the impact of change on organisations, using assessments of organisational culture, performance, and readiness for change
  • Manage the portfolio and provide inputs to the priority setting and project approval process
  • Provide coaching and support to project teams and leads

The Successful Applicant

The successful Change Manager should have:

  • Knowledge of implementing time and attendance systems, as this is an integral part of this role
  • Experience in project management and knowledge of IT processes is beneficial
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
  • Superior communication skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders
  • Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
