As the Channel Sales Manager, your key responsibility will be the development and execution of key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans across the region. This is a data-driven role that requires commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the consumer base, the competitive market, and an ability to analyse sales department performance. You will manage mainstream retail accounts and foodservice accounts ensuring all agreed sales targets are delivered as well as developing new business opportunities ensuring the company becomes the supplier of choice. You will play an integral part in the management of external partners and collaborations with numerous internal departments. You will help drive sales performance and innovation across the organisation.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success working in a similar position for a small to medium sized organisation within the FMCG sector.
- You will be a strong communicator and leader of teams with a passion for development of staff and teams.
- Be fluent in English and Mandarin - written and oral.
- You will be a results driven sales professional who is keen to work closely with motivated leadership teams locally as well as internationally to understand products, marketing and business objectives and help implement targeted Sales Strategy.
- A high performing senior sales professional with a track record of strong business development experience who can build on new and existing relationships with key stakeholders.
- You will be a strong team player who will actively contribute to the growth of the organisation.
- Develop & implement annual sales & marketing strategies and programs for example Woolworths, Bidfood and PFD, promotional activities, and material to drive sales volume.
- Excellent verbal & written communication, negotiation, time management and organisational skills
- Effective problem solving skills with the capability of developing solutions to increase efficiency.
- Experience in working with buyers at a corporate level.
- Strong people management and effective leadership skills
- Represent the company in trade events, promotional events & activities.
- You will play an integral part in enhancing the growth of the business. A Sales professional who can be a true partner to the business and be results & outcome driven.
