Job Description

  • Overseeing the evaluation and coordination of property repair projects covered by insurance.
  • Acting with honesty, transparency, and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Ensuring an exceptional customer experience by fostering strong collaboration with internal teams.
  • Following a structured approach to claims assessment and repair planning, including precise damage identification and the creation of detailed repair scopes, all within established performance benchmarks.
  • Understanding and complying with Workplace Health & Safety regulations.
  • Occasional travel to locations across different states as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Claims Assessor should have:

  • Proven background in a hands-on trade role.
  • Extensive expertise in construction and building work.
  • Experience in evaluating and estimating project requirements.
  • Skilled in overseeing on-site operations and supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Trade qualification in the building industry
  • Building License
