Job Description

  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and share your knowledge with clients in a clear and simple way.
  • Manage client portfolios and guide them through the entire accreditation process, from start to finish.
  • Be the main contact for clients and assessors, offering helpful support via phone and email to make their experience easy.
  • Help create clear and accurate accreditation reports.
  • Keep track of important documents and details to make sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Work with a fun team to get all tasks done efficiently.
  • Manage your tasks, meet deadlines, and keep things on track with a positive attitude.
  • Build good relationships with clients, making them feel supported and appreciated.
  • Handle compliance and complaints in a proactive and friendly way.
  • Keep everything organized, making sure client records and documents are easy to find.
  • Suggest new ideas to make the accreditation process better.
  • Provide friendly customer service, answering questions and helping clients.
  • Represent the company at events with energy and enthusiasm!

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong understanding of accreditation processes and industry standards (if you're already familiar, that's a bonus!).
  • Amazing communication skills - you know how to explain complex topics in a way that's clear and engaging.
  • A highly organised, detail-oriented approach that helps you stay on top of everything and manage your workload with ease.
  • A people person who enjoys building relationships and supporting others with a positive attitude.
  • A proactive mindset, especially when it comes to ensuring quality and improving processes.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks and document management (we're all about efficiency!).
