Job Description

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries and concerns.
  • Coordinate and manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and report on client account performance and feedback.
  • Assist in the preparation of client proposals and presentations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance client services.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Client Services Officer should have:

  • Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably with Logistics experience
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
  • A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. L
