The culture values accountability, continuous improvement and leaders who can operate strategically while staying close to the business.Job DescriptionThis is a senior leadership role responsible for Service Support across the Oceania cluster, sitting on the Cluster Management Team and reporting directly to the Cluster Manager.You will lead the Service Support capability across Technical Service Support, Farm Management Support and Service Management, ensuring service delivery meets global standards while supporting local market growth and profitability. The role is focused on turning global service strategy into practical, executable plans that improve customer satisfaction, employee capability and service performance across the organizationThis position has a strong people leadership component, along with accountability for service KPIs, maturity development and alignment with global frameworks.
