Working closely with the FP&A Manager, you will support the the delivery of financials, management and analytical reporting.Key expectations of the role include month end closing, stakeholder reporting, coordinating forecasting, annual budgeting, profitability analysis and continuous process improvements as required.

Job Description

Business Partnering

  • Support FP&A to provide value-add partnership to key stakeholders and provide actionable insights to drive business performance
  • Work closely with Commercial Finance team to deliver key finance KPIs
  • Partner with Marketing and Product teams on expenditure management



Reporting & Analysis

  • Work closely with business units to understand key drivers in performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability
  • Support business on analysis around performance on budget and forecast, product category, customer profitability, expenses, working capital, cash flow and other adhoc analysis as required
  • Manage asset register
  • Manage month end close process and ensure on time submission to Corporate Finance group
  • Manage half-yearly and annual reports to shareholders



Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Support FP&A to coordinate the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Perform analysis of business unit performance and highlight key areas of risks and opportunities
  • Review and analyse P&L and working capital by business units and provide insightful commentary



Internal Controls

  • Provide support to ensure robust financial controls throughout the business
  • Manage monthly balance sheet reconciliations

The Successful Applicant

  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting/Finance or similar
  • CA/CPA qualified or working toward
  • A high level of resilience and capacity to thrive in rapidly changing environment
  • System savvy with ERP experience
  • Demontrated business partnering experience is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
