Job Description

  • Analyse financial and operational data to generate insights that directly influence business strategy and decision‑making.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, insightful reports, forecasts, and budgets that drive growth, efficiency, and performance.
  • Partner with teams across the business to identify opportunities for cost optimisation, process improvement, and stronger margin outcomes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to ensure the organisation is tracking toward its strategic and financial goals.
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to uncover trends, risks, and new avenues for business expansion.
  • Develop robust models to evaluate strategic initiatives, pricing decisions, and investment opportunities.
  • Support month‑end and year‑end activities with meaningful analysis that explains business results.
  • Deliver ad‑hoc analysis and support strategic projects that enhance business performance and future growth.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing is desirable.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
