With significant recent investment in their Risk and Compliance framework, our client is looking to expand their current team with a Manager, Compliance. This role is responsible for reviewing, improving and implementing the compliance framework across various departments and stakeholder management across all levels.
Identifying compliance champions and building relationships across the organisation, you will conduct workshops and facilitate training on the new framework, educating all on the value of compliance.
Ongoing maintenance of the compliance register will form a part of the role, ensuring timeliness and accuracy, as well as monitoring non-compliance and ensuring action plans are put into place.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have a risk background and experience implementing a compliance framework. To build an attitude for risk, an ability to persuade and influence will be invaluable in this role, as well as confidence in running workshops, presenting to groups and engaging stakeholders.
Previous experience managing change and resilience when dealing with inertia will be highly regarded for this role.
This role operates within a highly collaborative team so a willingness to support other team members when they need it and an openness to cross-skilling yourself and those around you will be required.
