Based in Melbourne or Sydney and reporting to the Board of Directors, this is a rare opportunity to join the Tanarra team as a Compliance Manager, offering a superb opportunity to work within a dynamic, commercial and fast-paced environment.
The Compliance Manager is an integral part of defining and managing the processes and procedures within the Tanarra Group to achieve its growth targets.
As a motivated, self-starter with excellent communication skills, you will thrive in an environment that requires you to develop strong stakeholder relationships, enabling you to gain exposure and work closely with the business.
The Successful Applicant
To support Tanarra's ongoing growth, this position is most suited to a motivated compliance professional with experience across financial services, with a track record of providing pragmatic compliance solutions and advice that support business leaders.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, relationship management, engagement and time management skills to have impact and influence. To hit the ground running in a complex and dynamic regulatory environment, candidates with proven Compliance Manager experience gained within funds/investment management will be highly desirable.
Professional qualifications in legal, business, compliance or risk disciplines are preferable, and you will need to have significant knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements across the financial services sector.
