Job Description
As the Content Marketing Manager or Social Media Executive, you will need to be able to deliver and possess some of the following attributes;
- Work with external agencies for SEO purposes
- Ability to schedule social media posts for optimal performance and maintain a month to month content calendar
- Work closely with a Content Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager to brainstorm and strategise digital content campaigns
- Planning and development of digital content campaign strategies
- Work with internal stakeholders to source content for social channels
- Report on social content effectiveness and optimise as necessary based on results
- Liaise with IT and business solution teams to improve user experience and performance
- Use Google Analytics to generate insight and report on campaign performance
- Ensure digital content campaigns are integrated across all online channels
- Ensure content is developed with campaign and general business budgeting considerations in mind
The Successful Applicant
The following experience is required to fulfill the role of the Content Marketing Manager and Social Media Executive for my client:
- 2 - 8 years' experience in a similar role
- A degree in marketing or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in managing SEO and SEM campaigns
- Skills to manage complex campaigns and complex projects with require multi-tasking and working under pressure
- Ability to plan and organise whilst working within a fast-paced deadline driven environment
- Social media scheduler experience using Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Hootsuite
- Working with Digital/Social/Creative content agencies and/or in-house design teams
- Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders whilst providing exceptional customer service
- Experience and understanding in all digital areas - website and app management and usability, online marketing, Google analytics, optimised content
- Managing content on CMS platform
- Experience in Sales Force or similar platforms
