Job Description

  • Create, edit, and manage high-quality content for various marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Utilise generative AI tools in streamlining ideation, production and refinement of content.
  • Ensure content is consistent with the brand's voice and messaging.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for content development.
  • Assist in the production of multimedia content, including videos and graphics, as needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in content creation within the property industry or related fields.
  • Strong skills in writing, editing, and proofreading.
  • Proficiency in content management systems and marketing tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Confident and articulate in communication.
  • Strong Relationship building skills.
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management ability.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and strategies.
