Job Description

We regularly partner with a variety of organisations who require skilled professionals for short term and long-term contract assignments. Roles may include:

  • Customer Service: inbound/outbound support, complaint resolution, and client engagement.
  • Call Centre: high-volume environments with KPI targets and team collaboration.
  • Data Entry & Administration: accurate data processing, records management, and general office support.
  • Reception: front-of-house duties, visitor management, and switchboard operation.
  • Executive Assistant: diary management, travel coordination, and stakeholder liaison.
  • Marketing & Communications : campaign support, content creation, social media, and internal/external communications.
  • Events Coordination: logistics, vendor liaison, and on-site support.
  • Sales Support : CRM updates, reporting, and client follow-up.
  • Rostering: Workforce planning, shift allocation, and system updates
  • Legal Support: legal assistance, document preparation, file management, and legal research.



Contract duration's typically range from 2 weeks to 12 months, with potential for extension or transition to permanent employment.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have experience in one or more of the listed areas.
  • Are available immediately or at short notice.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, organisation, and time management skills.
  • Are adaptable, proactive, and thrive in fast paced environments.
  • Hold working rights in Australia ( working holiday visa's welcome!)
  • Located in Brisbane



Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, rostering systems, and marketing tools (e.g. Canva, Mailchimp, Salesforce) is highly regarded.
