Michael Page are currently recruiting a Contracts Administrator role for a highly respected mid-tier builder based on the inner north side of Brisbane. They specialise in the delivery of commercial, industrial and hospitality projects up to $30m in value. This role would be well suited to a highly experienced CA who is seeking an autonomous role with little hands on management.

About Our Client

Our client is a mid tier head contractor who deliver projects in the industrial, commercial and hospitality sectors. This includes both new build and refurbishment projects up to $30m in value. As they continue to expand their market share they have a very strong pipeline of work ahead for 2025 and 2026 and as such they are looking to add a Contracts Administrator to their team.

Job Description

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Writing scopes of works
  • Negotiating and letting sub-contracts
  • Involvement with monthly cost reports
  • Variations

The Successful Applicant

Selection criteria will include:

  • Proven track record in a similar role delivering building and construction projects
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Experience with modern construction software systems e.g. Jobpac, Cheops, Procore, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
