About Our Client
Our Client is a leading offshore law firm with offices around the globe. Due to continuing business needs, they are looking for a high calibre lawyer to join their Corporate practice in Singapore and expand the team.
Job Description
With an international and cross-border focus, the work scope will involve general corporate transactions, M&A work and IPOs. The firm's clientele includes top financial institutions and well-established multinational corporations. You will have a client-facing role and be responsible for managing files while receiving adequate guidance.
The Successful Applicant
You are qualified in any of the following jurisdictions: UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and have at least 5 years of experience in corporate, M&A or funds matters. Experience in an international firm will be useful (but not essential) as majority of the work will be cross-border in nature. Strong business Mandarin skills will also be an advantage due to frequent interaction with clients and stakeholders in the North Asia region. You are energetic, driven and a team player with commercial savviness.
