Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategies for corporate development within the Energy & Natural Resources industry
  • Lead negotiations and provide direction with regards to the development, implementation, and management of commercial agreements to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners
  • Review valuation models and other financial assessments to determine the value of business critical requirements.
  • Monitor and report on industry trends and developments
  • Participate in high-level decision-making processes

The Successful Applicant

A successful applicant should have:

  • Experience in corporate development, commercial, joint ventures, strategy, consulting or similar fast paced environments, preferably in resources, heavy industry, energy or infrastructure
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills and strong financial and commercial acumen.
  • A sound understanding of corporate development strategies
  • The ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
