Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing portfolio across Utilities & EPC's in Australia.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Utilities sector.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery of solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in sales within the Utilities & Energy sector.
  • A strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field are highly regarded.
  • Technical understanding of Transformers and HV Utilities.
