Job Description

  • Lead and manage the credit control team to meet performance targets and objectives.
  • Oversee credit risk assessments and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
  • Prepare and present credit reports to management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implement and improve credit policies and procedures.
  • Resolve escalated payment disputes and queries effectively.
  • Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Credit Team Lead should have:
